Keep it simple

Why do we wait until it’s too late to rest and restore our mental, physical and emotional bodies? The signs are often there but we ignore them until it’s too late and the stress builds up so much that we mentally, emotionally and physically break down. Computers “sleep” when they aren’t being used and we take care of our devices; phone, tablet, laptop when they are running low and need recharging. Dreaming of a good night’s sleep.

    I go to bed physically tired and mentally exhausted but once my head hits the pillow my mind goes into overdrive.This happens at 3 am too and while I refuse to look at a clock, I know if I don’t get back to sleep quickly the alarm will be buzzing. Stress, anxiety, poor health and overstimulation are just a few of the reasons we sleep badly.
