Recently several people have asked me how I meditate. While my meditation varies, as I have different meditations for different things, I meditate the same way I teach others. Dreaming of a good night’s sleep.

    I go to bed physically tired and mentally exhausted but once my head hits the pillow my mind goes into overdrive.This happens at 3 am too and while I refuse to look at a clock, I know if I don’t get back to sleep quickly the alarm will be buzzing. Stress, anxiety, poor health and overstimulation are just a few of the reasons we sleep badly. MEDITATION FAQs and ANSWERS

MY mind is too busy to Meditate. Yes and??? We all have busy minds, that’s an excuse not a reason. The object of Meditation is to observe the thoughts, watch them like clouds moving across the sky, we aren’t trying to stop the thoughts. Picture a snow globe, give it a good shake and see the glitter floating around. This image is a good scenario for a busy mind.
