Take refuge in your body and breath.

  When I need to find the space between the action and the reaction I take refuge in my body and breath. Grounding, centering, refocus, regroup all mean the same thing – take a moment between the action and the reaction. I like to use the term refuge. Why do I like it? Gratitude

FREEDOM, MINDFULNESS and ALLOWING

What does freedom mean to you? How would you like to be free? I’d like financial freedom, to be mortgage free and not being tied to a bank would be wonderful. While I’m waiting for that to happen I’m happy to be me and be free in this moment, now. Mindfulness and allowing brings enormous personal freedom.
