Recently several people have asked me how I meditate. While my meditation varies, as I have different meditations for different things, I meditate the same way I teach others. Morning meditation is best for me, 20 minutes or more. Usually sitting up in bed, in a chair in a sunny spot or outside in the morning sun to top up my vitamin D! Keep it simple

Why do we wait until it’s too late to rest and restore our mental, physical and emotional bodies? The signs are often there but we ignore them until it’s too late and the stress builds up so much that we mentally, emotionally and physically break down. Computers “sleep” when they aren’t being used and we take care of our devices; phone, tablet, laptop when they are running low and need recharging.
