Keep it simple

Why do we wait until it’s too late to rest and restore our mental, physical and emotional bodies?

The signs are often there but we ignore them until it’s too late and the stress builds up so much that we mentally, emotionally and physically break down.

Computers “sleep” when they aren’t being used and we take care of our devices; phone, tablet, laptop when they are running low and need recharging.

I can’t understand why we don’t extend the same care to ourselves.

The same comparison can be made with “storage” on devices and our ability to manage stress. It’s important that we manage our limits and reduce the excess when we need to.

Keep it simple; simple is good and simple is easy, don’t overcomplicate life as nothing needs to be complicated and here are a few simple ways to do that.

Sleep well

Eat well

Exercise

Take time out

Laugh

Love

Be kind

Meditate

Live Mindfully
